Espaço Riso - Clínica Dentária Unipessoal, Lda, with its head office at Rua Dr Hugo Moreira, nº 52, 9500-792 São Pedro, Ponta Delgada, São Miguel Açores, with NIF 513 477 306, is responsible for the website and undertakes to guarantee the privacy of the personal data of its users.

3.4 Other personal data: Information provided to us about your birthday, photograph, education, household / family situation, health history of illnesses and allergies, as well as oral health data.
3.5 Interests: Information you have provided on topics of interest to you, for example type of treatment / Medical Areas, the Clinic you have chosen, participation in hobbies, promotions and events or other personal preferences;

4 - PERIOD FOR WHICH YOUR DATA WILL BE KEPT
The user's personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfil legal obligations. In the absence of a specific legal requirement, the user's personal data will be stored and kept for a period of 5 years after the user's last change, update or interaction with Espaço Riso. At the end of this period, they will be deleted.

10 - APPLICABLE LAW
In the event of any dispute or claim of any nature relating to this website, Portuguese law shall apply, irrespective of any conflict of applicable laws. Without prejudice to filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority identified in 2.2, the parties agree that all legal actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts and agree to submit any dispute relating to this matter to the jurisdiction of the Judicial Court of the District of Ponta Delgada.
